Clarins is an internationally well-known French beauty brand that has had a presence in India for 15 years. The company is defined by its unique expertise in plants and is respectful of biodiversity. Clarins uses the best plants in their optimal concentration in all their products be it their face creams, body lotions, sun protection or makeup.
The objectives were two-fold; to market and create awareness of the launch of the Clarins new Double Serum in India and promote the Clarins stand alone store to the correct target audience.
Prior to the launch, Creative Co. conducted a comprehensive recce of the Clarins boutique to determine how to enhance the customer experience and presented our findings to the Baccarose and the Clarins international team on how the store could be made more inviting.
Creative Co. conceptualized and implemented an exclusive afternoon brunch event for guests and the press, to launch the new Double Serum. Skin care and make-up consultants were present to perform skin analysis and demonstrate the new product. The in store session was followed by guests relaxing over a champagne brunch .The dining venue was chosen for its strategic location of being in full view of the Clarins boutique. The Clarins color scheme and branding at the venue was subtly reflected in the decor elements to keep the experience seamless.
